Exhaustion?

The S&P appears to be ready for a 'correction' since it has now overbalanced in both terms of price and time. 

A close below 1495 will be the first piece of hard evidence that a decline is imminent.

Conventional technical charts indicate that the market is in a classic over-bought condition.
